The new mgr has the personality of a plant (no customer svc)

The new manager has the personality of a plant. As you walk in the office for information or to inform her of an issue. If her back is facing you and she's typing on the computer she doesnt acknowledge your presence at all. She just keeps typing away and you're just standing there like the town idiot. At least acknowledge your presence. Say, "I'll be right with you or something!" Just a dry personality I guess?
