great place to live. I always felt safe. I wish I didn't have to move (graduating). A mix of older college kids and young professionals. There has been some bike thefts but I lock mine with the others and its still there. Managment takes awhile to fix things. Gates always working and never stuck or open. The best place I have ever lived. I loved the area right next to hula hut and mozarts and run tex. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
