Englebrook is not a bad place to live. Any problems are fixed, quickly. It is, for the most part, peaceful. Perfect size for singles. Clean, well lit, parking areas.
The grounds are well keep as well as the pool and laundry room. I've been here for 7 years.
There is an ugly element in the neighborhoods surrounding the complex. Some of this garbage has found it's way into Englebrook. Efforts are being made to drive them out - not by Management here, but by residents who are fed up with the drug trafficking, prostitution and illegal residents (living 6 - 12 persons in a 1 bedroom, 400 sq ft apartment).
We watch out for one another here - the greatest defense against crime is to KNOW YOUR neighbors.
