I have lived at English Aire for almost 5 years...and have no complaints! The apartments were built in the 70s but they have done a great job with the upkeep and maintenance. The office staff are all extremely nice and helpful. I haven't had any problems with any of my neighbors... very quiet for the amount of students who live here. I've lived in the efficiency which is perfect for one person just starting off. I now live in a townhome... which is HUGE! Great price for what you get. The closets could practically be another bedroom in both rooms. The ground are always picked up and the hedges trimmed. The racquetball courts are tons of fun... open 24 hours! Over all I've had an excellent experience here. Check them out if you're looking for a reasonable place to live on a student's budget.
