Nice , Quiet, and Simple Complex

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000
The only real ploblem I had at English Aire was terrible water pressure from day 1 for about 4 months. The pressure was always low and sometimes completely stopped. I had to call and bug them numerous times. I continually had some kind of maintenance person coming into my apartment when I wasn't there to 'fix' the problem, leaving my bathroom dirty and the problem not fixed. They finally got a real plumber in to really fix the problem and the pressure was great from then on, but it took an UNACCEPTABLE amount of time. Neighborhood is not the best in Austin but I never felt unsafe at any time and the apartment is gated. Easy access to UT by campus shuttle. All appliances worked fine and I never heard a sound from any of my neighbors. The office staff was rather unfriendly and uncooporative and basically treated as expendable, that is, if I'm unhappy and move out someone else will come along to take my place, which is probably true but not an excuse.
