i've lived here for two years and have had no problems. there are a lot of students who live here... many seem to be asian. all extremly quiet. i never hear my neighbors other than when passing on the outside to say hello. the staff are nicer than any other place that i live. great prices for the space. ut shuttle stops literally in front of gates. maintenance is good from what i can tell, but i really haven't needed them other than a broken garbage disposal. no bugs or rodents, unlike the last place i lived. i would suggest this to any student looking for a nice, quiet, cheap place to live.
