The only problem I have with my apartment is the plumbing. The water is turned off periodically without warning, and sometimes it sort of explodes from the faucet. The water from the sink in the kitchen isn't completely transparent, the bathroom faucets constantly drip/stream, and the toilets are constantly messing up; one of mine actually overflowed once. The oven's very difficult to bake with.

If you get an apartment within the complex, I'm sure it's quieter. Mine, however, is on the corner, so I hear buses driving past my bedroom window and cars bassing vibrating my windows constantly. The management are all very nice. I've had to complain about noisy neighbors a couple times, and they've stopped having their more insane parties. I can hear one of their squeaky beds sometimes, though.

For my 1180 square foot townhouse, the rent is only $625, which is amazing.
