It went downhill...

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I spent two years at English Aire. The first year was pretty good; I even recommended the place to some friends of mine. My second year was awful!!! My roommate and I moved out for the summer and moved back in before school started and we got an apartment with broken A/C that didn't get fixed for two days. Not so great with the 100 degree weather. My toilet overflowed, we had leaky pipes, our heater broke, our water heater didn't heat the water properly, and towards the end of our stay the pipes in the wall burst. I called the complex to make them aware of the situation and they informed me that bursting pipes "was not an emergency". They never fully fixed the hole the cut in the wall nor dried out the carpet. My friends' apartment had a cricket problem, their A/C also broke, and they too had overflowing toilets.
English Aire is definitely not a place I would recommend. :(
