Staff extremely unhelpful, building falling apart

Staff here is extraordinarily unhelpful, attitude is "it's not my problem".
Area of town is somewhat sketchy- even though complex is gated, I had a peeping tom.
Bulding is falling apart- the back of my apartment leaks every time it rains, and have had to get the carpeting pulled up and dried out- a HUGE inconvenience and it took almost a week to get the guy here.
The tile on my kitchen floor is coming up and it just stops before my stove; my bathroom counter turns kind of a yellow-green shade in places.
The walls are paper-thin. Expect to hear everything your neighbord do, even if they tiptoe across the floor.
Even though this is on the shuttle, the aggravation isn't worth the convenience of being near UT. I would never recommend living here.
