This was the worst apt living experience I've ever had.First off the head managment is exteremly rude,and handle buissiness in an unprofessional matter. The security that was once there every night is now only here on the weekends, and they don't even do thier job. They didn't exterminate the apts even once the time I lived there, which was a year,so I had roaches & ants for room mates.They have trouble finding tenants, so they allow countless felons to lease, oh 2 are sex offenders. These apts are very noisy,
I had alot of trouble getting to sleep a lot
of the time, because the sound of buses , and sirens were always passing the street where my bedroom window sat 10 feet away from. Not only the inside,but the outside of them are falling apart. The kitchen appliances are from the 70s. There are always obviouse prostitutes walking on Burton dr.I could go on forever.If you move to this complex you'll regret it extremly.

We do have an Entrance Security Officer on Friday and Saturday evenings that patrols the entry and walks the community from 10:00pm to 6:00am. These evenings are the higher traffic/activity times that seem the best for additional security. We also have 4 employees that live in different areas throughout the community. We have a contractor that services all apartments for roaches and ants on a scheduled basis. The Office will also supply residents with free ant bait upon request. We have very few requests for added service between exterminator visits, the apartments are clean and well kept. Two of our thirteen buildings are located on Burton Drive, you can hear some bus/street traffic in these buildings. We show these apartments upon leasing so there are no surprises when our residents decide to move in at these locations. We cannot control who walks on the street but can monitor and control who moves into the community. We do this with strict leasing qualifications and we will not discriminate. Everyone is treated equally. English Aire is an older community but very well maintained. The kitchen appliances have been replaced in many apartments and all are in good working condition. Excellent maintenance! You will be very happy living here, we take pride in our resident service.
