I've lived here for 10 months and have had no problems whatsoever. I don't understand the previous noise complaints - I haven't heard anything like what's been described. My particular neighbors are extremely quiet and I haven't heard any noise from the parking lot either. I was afraid to move into a complex that cters to students as I thought I'd hear loud parties and such, but I haven't so far. The people I've met at the complex have been nice and friendly, as has the management. The one complaint I have is the security - there's very rarely a guard in the booth.

We have an Entrance Security Officer on Friday and Saturday evenings from 10:00pm to 6:00am. He is usually in the Guard House but does walk through the community at least once every hour. This also includes our location at 2121 Burton Drive. This is not a drive-through service like many other complexes in the area, this person is State certified and services only English Aire Apartments, he is here the entire time. We chose these evenings because of increased activity and guest traffic. We also have 4 staff members that live on-site and oversee community activity Sunday thru Thursday. They have been placed strategically throughout English Aire and can be contacted by our evening emergency number. I am happy that you are pleased with our service and thank you for your continued residency at English Aire. Chris
