I lived here for almost 2 years and am considering moving back. The staff is wonderful, they treated my roomates and I like personal friends. The neighborhood is only ok, but inside the complex I always felt safe. It?s a small "everbody knows everbody" kind of community, and we watched out for each other (at least in the phase I section). The water pressure was pretty bad, there were numerous times during a few month period when it was turned off. The maintenence staff is awesome though with any problem that is in their control. The building itself is old and sort of shabby, but the size (especially in the townhomes)and layout inside makes up for it. Electric bills are pretty hefty. The appliances are old and ugly, but they work. Parking is really good. The people are great. And another thing, I never saw a roach or rodent inside the whole time I was there! It was clean.
