Big rooms, Nice pool, Great maintenance. The maintenance fixes things immediately. Pest control comes once a month. It is very safe with a guard at the gates every night who actually stops and looks into your car. Gates are hard to get into. Parking lot kinda sucks due to potholes but parking isnt a problem and crime is LOW just check the apd website and then look at the apartments to the left and the right of english aire (lafayette landings and University heights) I would live in the phase near the office if at all possible. Staff is great. Get to know them and you will not have any problems. Used to live in college park before and it is hell there. Parties here are almost non existent and if so very quiet and neighbours leave notes in advance to warn you (at least mine did). Only problem I had which wasnt too much of a problem is noise travels easily through the walls and I can always hear people having sex. I'm sure they can hear me having sex as well. Also utility bills are expensive. But its a small price to pay for peace of mind. You know you are pretty safe here. It is also RIGHT next to the UT shuttle for UT people.
