Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
We lived at English Aire for two years, and you will probably not find a place this good for the value. Yea, it was on a bad street, but we never experienced any crimes or heard of any committed in the complex. We never had to deal with any noisy neighbors or bad management. These were old apartments, but maintenance tried their best to keep it feeling clean and new. For anybody, especially UT students, looking to find an affordable apartment on the shuttle route, you should come check out this place first.
