I moved in here with my husband in January of 07 and i was happy for a while. Tara was still working here and no one lived above me. Life was good for once in an apartment complex. I saw maintenance almost everyday fixing up the complex and everything. It was nice to see the work done. Then ownership changed, Tara was relocated and maintenance split between the two complexes with only like 2 maintenance men. The apartments themselves are in mostly good shape. The apartment i got needed the counter tops repainted and there where little cracks where ants got into the bathroom, Tara gave me a can of raid to help out with that. Water pressure in the entire complex isnt the best, but it could be worse. Though, they never came to check my pipes because i dont get enough cold water so showers are rather hot unless you have the water turned down. Insulation is rather poor so electric bill will be a bit high and floor/ceilings are rather thin. If an upstairs neighbor has his speakers on the floor, you will hear it without a doubt. I like the layout of the place with the grass and all that, but since the ownership changed i have seen too many water cockroaches (the big nasty cockroaches *shudders*) and the gate booth got ransacked (though i suppose that can happen anywhere) the laundry room is mostly clean most of the time and there is even a dryer that never turns off *SHHH Dont tell lol*
All in all i would say it is your choice to live here. The surroundings complexes are really rather ghetto, you hear a lot of cars pealing out, shouts from "homies" and things like that, and occasionally someone will play their car speakers loud in the parking lot. I havent had my car broken into, which i am thankful for. But this complex is just rather ghetto. Good for students or rather low income families, but there are better places *just not the surrounding complexes*

Dear Black, Has that dryer been running for that long! We just got it shut off!(Sorry!) I never met Tara, but she sounds great! We do have more maintenance men, now. Please get with me for any pending maintenance requests. (I don't know if they ever went back to fix the pipes.) Sincerely, Assistant

Tara was great! I used to love her. I have no clue where she went though, and I wish I could have said goodbye. The old crew of maintenance workers are fantastic, but completely overworked, since they are now in charge of 3 complexes instead of just one.
