Overall this place is decent. Not great, but not awful. Neighbors in the complex are nice and don't cause any trouble, though some of the nearby apartments are sketchy to say the least. Have a good car alarm - you'll need it. The 2 bedroom is pretty nice - great layout with a lot of space, but you can tell the construction was done cheap. Not well insulated with windows and doors that let air in (giving me a hell of a electricity bill). Honestly though, for around $350 a room it's a great cheap place to live if you want to save a couple bucks. Don't expect anything wonderful out of here, but you could pay the same amount or more for a much worse place. Staff is nice and helpful, landscaping always well kept.
