While living at English Aire, I received a nasty phone call at work, from the apartment office, and was accused of not paying my rent. It was not possible to resolve the issue over the phone, and I was forced to make a visit to the office.
The office manager was rude. When my rent check was eventually located, the manager did not apologize to me for her rudeness, nor for the inefficiency of her office in misplacing my check. After my discussion with her, I did wonder if she had a school level qualification.
The apartment walls are thin. So if you are noisier than average, you won't mind. If you like things quiet, chances are you will not be happy.
When I moved into my apartment there was broken glass in the corridor outside. 3 months later the broken glass was still there.
I did not enjoy my stay at this apartment complex and would not consider staying there again.
