The rent is cheap at 699 for a two bed room, put the purks stop there.
Mantinence is horible. We went almost a month with no air conditioning in the Texas summer, in addition to the air conditioning leeking into the hall carpet after it was finally "fixed." This latter problem reocured three seporate times.

Most importantly, THEY STOLE FROM US, litteraly. Due to an oversight on there part, our appartment was entered before our agreed upon move out date, after the appropriate amount of pro raited rent was paid to them for our last month. What ever staff member or members who where present then proceeded to take some of the more expenxive items, including a sterio tower for an I-pod, a bass guitar, DVD's and a winter coat. We know it was a staff member because the dore to the appartment was locked prior to our discovery of the theft, with no sighs of forced entry.

Though this was due to a mistake, it none the less comunicates a profound level of incompotence on behalf of the office staff. Personal property is not safe here, and this appartment complex should be avoided at all costs.
