we thought there were fleas that were infested in the apartment when we first moved in, but late one night we came to realize it was little bed bugs, EVERYWHERE! so we took matters into our own hands ( since maintanence does nothing) and bombed our house for what we thought were fleas and found a HORRIBLE roach problem coming from all the cabinents and behind the refrigerater, and THEN one morning i was shaving and was standing in 2 inch of water from my leaky sink, it is pourly built and not taken care of, the pipes are old and broken, and maintence takes so long to get there that problems arise and are never fixed!
