Thin walls, I cannot stress this enough. I've never lived in a noiser apartment. They are building a new apartment complex practically right on top of ours and I'm constantly dodging nails and debris while driving in/out, not to mention the noise is awful during the day. The gates are ornamental only, false sense of security. The apartment alarms are useless, the office doesn't supply instruction manuals and has no clue how to operate them. We've had 3 leaks since moving here in January '04, one in our kitchen, the a/c and the bathroom. The new maintence staff is rude!!! They brought out an a/c mechanic and he explained the reason it started leaking was because the installer left the instruction manual INSIDE and it was acting as a wick for condensation. Shotty construction!! I can't stand these apartments and wish I could break my lease. We are paying way too much money for this place. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
