I have a question for current renters

Hi my husband and I have recently put a deposit down on an apartment. We have not signed a lease yet. I have read all the reviews and I am begining to wonder if I should look else where. Is it really that bad'' I read the review about Andrea in the leasing office, ironically she is the one that we have been dealing with. She has been nothing but nice, but I do know that they have a lot of apartments setting. We were offered free movers and only $100 deposit, which I can get back. I just fell in love with the apartment itself. If it is going to be a headache I don't even want to go there. Will someone please give me all the news. I really appreciate it.
