i myself don't have any complaints, i like the location, i haven't had any problems with office staff. Which i really haven't had to deal with them much either. my building is pretty quite since i have been here a year. rent is pretty high, i am finding better prices for appts, around the northwest austin area, seeing that these are way over priced. there needs to be a little more lighting for everyone's safety. overall i haven't had any problems with my appartment,but the cost of rent.
