Escalon is a complete disaster. The office staff doesnt have a clue about anything. They are completely useless.They only want the first of the month check. Parking sucks. There are more gang bangers here then in the worse part of East Austin. People are loud. Maintainence throws supplies around. It is virtually impossible to be evicted from this place. You would have to murder someone for Escalon to take action. and actually im not sure that would even do it. Poor upkeep, gates suck, they never work. Mail theft like crazy. The mail lady never locks the mail boxes...geniuos huh' The hot water heaters are the size of a 5 gallon plastic bucket.They switch managers like a change underwear. Its complete and utterly a disrace..Its horrible..i would ill advise this trash hole. Just ask Travis County Sherrifs how many times they make midnight visits to some punk kids.
