Dear Residents/future renters:
I moved to the escalon under a spanos lease, when spanos still ran this apartment complex. Everything was great, clean, no crime, quiet and parking was under control. Then a company came in named sentinel, and took over management, what management' Lower rent prices almost in half.... That drwas for a interesting crowd in a Class A apartment complex, now complex is loud, parking is bad, trash scattered everywhere, dumpester always has trash around it stacked up about 3 feet high. The management and leasing agents are never willing to help you or follow up on your complaints. Police are always at the complex for some reason. This complex went from CLASS A, to CLASS C, or so it seems. What is going on here, I advise not to rent here prices may be attracted but if your gonna live in this part of austin, you know you have to pay the price. Keep on going down 620 when you pass escalon, Its not worth stopping...What happened to Spanos, that was when the apartments were great and attractive, and quiet, a real class A complex...My building personally has horrible parking, loud parties from one apartment over and over, nothing has been done police called, numerous complaints filed. Stay away FROM ESCALON Thanks Resident...
