Horrible replacing one bad manager w another

Nice property. But residents and management company make it horrible. Expect crime, noise, and neighbors with huge attitudes even when they are the problem. Theres no resolution to any probs. You can hope not to have any and live here, but trust me you will have problems. Lots. Trouble finds you here. Look elsewhere.
