I have lived at Escalon a couple of months after it's completion in 2003. I have seen just about everything with 2 different management companies. I must say with any apartment community there will always be someone that you cannot please, but I do know one thing that the ladies in the office are always willing to help or at least listen. Whoever is stating that the office staff is rude, maybe you should try being a little more pleasant when dealing with them' Kindness goes a long way.
I highly recommend living at Escalon. The staff is great, the community is beautiful and the price worked for me. Good luck to your happiness.....
