Overpriced, rude staff and ignorant regional management

I have lived at Escalon for a bit over a year now and still find myself surprised at the things that happen here. The management office routinely closes several minutes before the official hours and the staff typically does not care to even try and work with a tenant on any issues. Extending a lease will cost you at least 50 more bucks per month on average and don't even ask for garages. The fact that there is not even a way to contact the property management company at a higher than regional level is also just another way to stick it to tenants. Stay away from this place!
