I have been reading the reviews here and cannot really disagree with a lot of what these writers say. However, after living here for 6 months, I have settled into a quite, gentle, almost country life surrounded by trees and nature in a way that is hard to find in other complexes.
Is management a challenge' Absolutely! Can they be managed! Absolutely! The bottom line is that you have a contract/lease for a reason. Read it carefully and demand that they conform to it just as rigidly as they demand of you. If they don't comply, contact the property managment at the top; the real management by emailing them at ibelli@sentinelcorp.com
This really is a delightful property and it is a shame that it is not attracting the right people and that those who are here cannot get what they are paying for. Know your rights and insist on being respected.
