I moved in the august after graduation with a friend, and to start off, we had a $900 apt that we only paid $785 for. They give awesome student discounts along with preffered employer discounts. There was always something going on at the pool of volleyball court and we could stay at the pool/hottub till the sun came up. My apt was amazing, for it looked over the pool/volleyball court on the 3rd floor (building 12) and just the whole experience was great! Unfortunately i had to move out because i couldnt afford an apt on my own (i couldnt get approved on my own) anyways, if you're young, this is an awesome place to live, but if you're old, then stay away.

also, i never had too much of a problem with the office except when my roommate got a dog and waited last minute to put her on the lease. they were always sympathetic to our needs. If you start off unnoticed then they will leave you alone. dont bring too much attention to yourself or they will get at you, that goes for any apt.

Excellent review. Gives you an idea of why you should stay away from Escalon, unless you like to pay and get all of the "perks" of living in a freshmen dorm or a frat house. I am in my early thirties, call me old if you will. Living at Eacalon was one of my worst experiences ever. Total lack of soundproofing combined with neighbors not respecting each other made that place unbearable. Moved out as soon as my lease was over.

This is the perkiest management review ever. I think I know which one of the managment nasties wrote this. Did I say perky? Not when I complained about having to have pest control out for the 4th time cause of all the roaches.

Krazzikeyuti, sweetheart, calm down. Nobody is going to read that review and think you're management, they're going to read that review and know that you're management. I'm surprised you didn't offer to give a tour. You're too dumb to write a review that sounds even vaguely plausible. Now why don't you go and clean up all the trash or learn your ABCs or whatever it is you dumba$$es are doing up there when you aren't fixing my leaky ------- washing machine for the 5th time.

guess what, im glad you're having such a ------ time there, i hope the management doesn't fix your ----. and i hope your neighbors are loud and have heavy feet so when they walk you hear them. If you think im management, i DARE you to go into the office and say something because you will look so dumb!!! so go back your problems in your apartment and ponder which one of the supposid managers i am, haha. you're so dumb.
