My renewal process did not go very well. Something was offered in the way of money off on my first month rent of renewal but mgt. reneged on it and said they couldn't do anything about it.

It's an incentive to sign sooner and get it over. If I am correct I belive this person ended up getting the incentive. Correct me if I am wrong.

we will see if you renew my lease this time. I posted honestly what happened and only by going through all your corporate bs. so the answer to your question is yes i did but only after upper management stepped in.
