I lived at the Escalon, Austin for 8 months and enjoyed the hassle free experience & great floor plan. No trouble from neighbors, very quiet, well maintained premises and the management was courteous, professional & strict where it mattered.
The people living there seemed decent , professional & kept to themselves. Like me.
Only issue was My rent was raised after the 6mo lease, but I wasn't staying in Austin anyway. A

Sounds like we lived in two different apartment complexes. Especially as far as noise level goes. I had never lived before or have lived after in a noisier apartments than Escalon.

THIS IS A MANAGEMENT REVIEW. This place is party central. It's dirty, there's no security, there are break-ins galore. The management are so trashy, just like the grounds. This place is so full of weird guys - what is up with that? This is the worst apartment complex on 620. I forgot the parking - wear your running shoes. The management seem to change every five minutes. One of the new ones doesn't seem to speak English very well. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
