YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE.
They are leasing to people who do not have jobs and who can sit around all day on their porches.
The parking is bad. All they care about is renting you a garage for $$$.
Why don't they ever fix the lights' I feel like I'm living in a ------- horror movie sometimes. The place gives me the creeps.
Don't even get me started on the management.
Maintenance sucks. Those guys are real weird. I don't want them in my apartment. Even my dog, who loves everyone, hates those guys.
With all the apartment complexes in Austin, why live here. Take your dough down the street.

I don't know if they're section 8 but the type of people they are renting to here sure has changed. This place used to be quiet, and now it's just a garbage strewn mad house. The vandalism is the worst. I was speaking to a woman who said she'd moved from the ghetto and that she moved to get away from trouble and can't believe all the problems she's had here. It looks like it should be nice but really it's not.

Avendaro/Escalon had a maintainance guy a few years ago who was real creepy. My wife did not want him in our apartment after he came in one day without knocking. We left as soon as our lease was up. It sounds like he is still there.
