Escalon will find every way to keep your deposit when it's time to move out - and even if they say they will reimburse it to you - they won't. We've been waiting over 3 months for our deposit and still no money. We also had similar problems with management - posting wrong payments, etc. Also had concerns about water bill. After moving out of Escalon, we moved into a house. Our water bill is much less (and we water our lawn regularly) than it was at this apartment - go figure. Don't lease here - find another place.

We could never get any resolve on our deposit. Management is horrible. Find another place!
