I have lived at escalon for a year now and move out in about a week (moving to another city for college) Everything here has been amazing, no problems with leaks...nor the office. It is very beautiful and peaceful here. Anytime I had a problem with the garbage disposal (which was once and my fault) they had it fixed the next day. They recently remodeled the entire outside, new colors, as if it already didnt look beautiful, it looks even more amazing. if you are looking for peaceful resort style living this is def. the place....well atleast where I am it seems to be older, even retired couples....very nice..the pool area is WONDERFUL!! I seriously feel like im on vacation everytime i go. BTW the Maintaince crew is ALWAYS out and about working they are very hard workers and always doing something around the place. the only complain i have is that the walls and ceilings are WAY WAY TOO THIN, luckily i have had peaceful neighbors upstairs but YOU CAN HEAR EVERY STEP....people talking...its crazy. make sure to get an apartment away from the sun because it can get very hott with the big window in the living room. otherwise check em out they are very nice. i have loved it and said im moving. i feel pretty pampered here by maintaince and atmosphere. :)

***MANAGEMENT REVIEW***MANAGEMENT REVIEW***Thank you, that was hilarious. Those hillbillies up at the office must have been working overtime to come up with that crap. FYI management hillbillies - painting the crappy buildings isn't a remodel. If only they'd actually power washed the place - it's disgusting. I love how you management -------- mentioned the garbage disposal but neglected to mention the long walk most of us have to dump our garbage. And to the management white trash - do you really think you're going to be working here next week? Every time I go up there there are new people working here. The funniest part of your fake review was the $hit about the neighbors. This place is ILLEGALS central. I wonder how they manage to get 2 families in a one bedroom apartment? Clown cars have nothing on those moochers. I wondered why they started hiring so many Spanish speakers. None of my neighbors speak English. Of course as there are 10 of them to an apartment, you can't get parked. I guess the long walk to your vehicle can be considered exercise, right? It's not so much fun in the dark, but thankfully the police are here pretty frequently, so even if you do have to dial 911 on that creepy guy on the corner, the police will probably be in the vicinity. Wait until you move out - the management skanks will bleed you dry. The above is possibly the most blatant MANAGEMENT REVIEW I have ever seen. This place used to be nice, but it's gone downhill fast. LOL @ 'I feel pretty pampered here by maintenance'. Those hoes up there must be smoking something. Personally, I've never felt pampered by maintenance. I called up the other day and asked them to send maintenance down to give me a foot massage, but those bastards never showed up.
