I'll keep it short-
-ineffective maintence- bandaid the problem
-poor outdoor lighting (took more than 4 months for them to replace a light out by my stairs that I fell on when I was pregnant!)
-MOLD, MOLD, MOLD! They'll claim you're the "first one" but don't buy it- it's really common there. The mold in the ducts was so bad, the guys I had come clean it were freaked out. Management can't afford (won't!) to clean it up, so they just paint over it. Actually, management told me it was "dust"- but I pursued it, and found out it was Black mold, making my dog and me really sick. We moved, and my dog has been fine ever since.

They show prospective clients the lake as a feature of the property, but after you move in you find out they don't manage the maintenence of the lake or the gate surrounding it, so any problems you have with lighting or poop on the lake or problems with the gate- too bad! And when I was there, there was a problem with a pervert hiding out in the bushes watching women jog around and "pleasuring" himself. They never caught him.
