I agree that the staff is incompetent. Lived there for a year. They could not get rid of the ant problem that I had. It took too long to get repairs or service performed. I had to exchange to plug on my dryer when I moved in because they have the old-style 3 prong outlets instead of the new 4 prong outlets. This is a fairly new apartment complex... what gives. I had to swap it back to the newer style when I moved out. They were still incorrectly billing me for power 3 months after I moved out. Someone ran into the automatic gate and destroyed it. It took them 3-4 months to repair it. It took them 2 months to repair/replace an inoperable light on my staircase. Lucky I'm a guy and don't worry too much huh.
