(user photo) UNSAFE. There were about a million black flies swarming around. Had to clomp through nasty, putrid trash water to get close enough to get to the pile OUTSIDE the compactor. Really??!!

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
Moving out was a pain. First they charged us for shampooing the carpet. Then they decided that it wasn't good enough so they charged us for replacing that same carpet. In addition to taking our entire deposit and charging us $500 dollars on top of it, they put an eviction in our rentars' history. WE WERE NEVER EVICTED. The incompetent staff took 4 months to get it figured out and reversed. Meanwhile my roomates and I could not get another place to live. I hope none of you go through what we went through.
