Concession Fees

I moved out in June about 15 days early from the end of my lease. They not only kept my $1000 deposit, but are trying to charge me reletting and CONCESSION fees of almost 5,000. I intend to file suit to not only get my deposit back, but for deceptive trade practices. My attorney has advised to try and find other tenants who have been assessed concession fees. Anyone out there willing to join a lawsuit to fight this outrageous trend'''
