Being as how I am still living there I can't comment on security deposits (but I'm a little nervous after visiting this site). I really enjoy the lake though. The track is perfect for jogging and walking my dog. And it is so nice to sit on your balcony and not be looking into a parking lot or on to someone else's balcony. For the most part it is quiet because most residents are couples, families, young professionals. But noisy college kids have moved in next door - so ask about your neighbors before picking unit. There is a funky musty smell in our apartment when we've been gone for a while - I suspect it might be mold.
