(user photo) UNSAFE. There were about a million black flies swarming around. Had to clomp through nasty, putrid trash water to get close enough to get to the pile OUTSIDE the compactor. Really??!!

love this apt!!!

My fiance and I live in the quarry lake and are transfering to a larger one bedroom. I read all of the past reviews and since they have changed owners I feel that they have become a outstanding property. GreyStar owns the property now and the maintenance and the staff are wonderful!!!! they are knowledgeable and very helpful. They let us have the weekend that we are moving out and into our new apt free. The parking is the only thing I dont like but if that is the only thing that I hate, I can deal with it! I love the lay out and being on the top floor because the ceiling are awesome. Overall the complex gets an 11!!!!! keep up the good work ladies!!!!
