(user photo) UNSAFE. There were about a million black flies swarming around. Had to clomp through nasty, putrid trash water to get close enough to get to the pile OUTSIDE the compactor. Really??!!

Great Place to live

I have lived here at the Estates for over two years now, the management office has improved within the last 2 years. I love the layout of my one bedroom apartment and my neighbors are great. Overall review is very good, I have recently renewed my lease and I got them to reduce my rent by about $80.00 with a washer and dryer, can't beat that for the type of apartment you live in!
