(user photo) UNSAFE. There were about a million black flies swarming around. Had to clomp through nasty, putrid trash water to get close enough to get to the pile OUTSIDE the compactor. Really??!!

The new gym across the lake is changing the place - it's no longer quiet and they leave trash/broken docks littering the lake. They're also loud and rude but Apt Mgmt doesn't care. Plus - industry standard recommends for every 100 apts, 1 certified person to fix air condo.. for 300 , they have one. They can't keep a maitenance guy for any extended period of time.
