I lived here from June 98 until July 99 (13 month lease). Although the walls WERE thick enough to NOT hear the neighbors, it seemed like everyone liked to congregate under my bedroom window and talk until 2am. I reported this to the management who basically said they could not (would not) do anything because the tenant in question was a police officer who agreed to also be the "officer on property". They also would not curtail his parties. Parking was just awful!!! I lived in building 8, and several times I had to park way up in front of building 1 (the main pool). I left because a bad leak developed in the AC that dripped into the bathtub every time the AC ran. I got tired of cleaning the awful rust stains out of the tub before my daily bath. Reported this several times to management. Maintenance FINALLY came to check it out, and "saw no problem". That was it! I had had enough!!! After I moved out, they actually tried to charge ME for the damage to the tub. Not surprised to read problems still exist!
