Manager is a superstar! In my six years with several management changes, this one brings the most value-adding changes; for example, 1. A No Soliciting Sign at the front gate. 2. Improved entry system for residents and guests. 3. Dog waste containers. 4. Grounds continuously improving; trees well-pruned, gorgeous flowers. 5. Lovely lattice fence shields well-cleaned garbage and recycling equipment. 6. Business and fitness centers are upgraded and well-maintained. 7. Each service request is promptly and expeditiously handled. 8. Staff associates are courteous, professional and accommodating, demonstrating expert skill sets, great communication and growing teamwork assets. 9. Pool areas are clean and well-maintained. 10. Outside lighting has been upgraded to increase brightness with working bulbs.
