(user photo) UNSAFE. There were about a million black flies swarming around. Had to clomp through nasty, putrid trash water to get close enough to get to the pile OUTSIDE the compactor. Really??!!

The office staff is great. They go the extra mile with a smile on their faces and in their voices, especially Katy and Jerry. Unlike some places where they only care about you when you are going to rent, these people care about you after you rent, when it really matters to you.

The maintenance staff is also helpful and professional. Justin is a jewel. Whatever I need, they respond fast and do it right. They are really good about pro-active measures when they are in for a service call and are always looking for other ways to provide quality service.

The grounds are beautiful, and the rent is reasonable. My kitten, Trixie, and I plan to live here as long as the place is standing.
