(user photo) UNSAFE. There were about a million black flies swarming around. Had to clomp through nasty, putrid trash water to get close enough to get to the pile OUTSIDE the compactor. Really??!!

I have been here since Jan. and just love it. It is a little pricy but I think the amenities are excellent and the quality of the apartment really is what you pay for. The walking trail is very peaceful.
They also have a great business center that is available for residents to use.
When there is a problem, maintenance is there the very next day.
The staff is very friendly and professional and always willing to help.
I would definitely recommend the Estate on Quarry Lake.
