Overall I'm happy with my apartment. My closet is huge, love the garden tub, and built-in shelves. However, I have a bit of an issue with the property management company. When I moved in the carpet appeared to be clean, but after two months, stains from the previous tennant(s) started showing (the carpets should have been replaced prior to my moving in, not simply cleaned). I had no towel rack in the bathroom, so maintenance installs one for me (crooked and falling out of the wall after two days).

I also have an issue with parking. If you live anywhere near the pool, you're never sure if you'll get a parking spot anywhere near your apartment. Apparently, it's more important for guests to park close to the pool.

The gate is horrible! All I can say is the whole thing should be replaced. The gate is constantly giving my guests fits of rage.

On a positive note, the staff here are extremely pleasant and try to be helpful. Also, the grounds are beautiful, and the pool is well maintained (the hot tub, on the other hand, is either boiling or luke warm).
