I've lived in this complex for 6 mos. and think it's as good as it gets. I live in a one bedroom in a cluster of four apartments with one behind me - I have seen my next door neighbor 3x, the person who lives below me 2x and never seen the person who lives behind me (the other apt is a model). I rarely see residents outside so overall it's a very quiet complex. The complex is extremely pet friendly (no weight restriction, just breed restrictions) and they have doggie bags and receptacles all over the complex.
My A/C went out over the summer and I called the emergency line. They didn't get my request until the middle of the night so the dispatcher didn't send a person to fix my unit until 9am the next morning. I spent one night warm and sticky but came home from work the next day to an icebox, and it's been great every since!
My only slight aggravation is the parking can be hit or miss. The residents who have garages fill them up with boxes and junk so they have to park in the "driveway" of their garage - so if they own two cars (like one of my neighbors does), they park in the uncovered/unreserved parking. That's just less parking for someone like me who doesn't have a reserved spot. It seems to me if I come home after 8pm, it's very hit or miss with available parking. Now I suspect it's because a lot of residents have guests over, but it's very irritating to have to park far away and then when I take my dog outside late at night, there are quite a few spaces close to my apartment, but a little walking never hurt anyone.
Overall, I think this complex is great!
