The front desk doesn't understand the lease the THEY created and gave us a weekly letter that we owed $20 that we didn't and even admitted it! Then when we called and talked to the same girl, she was a total b*tch and wouldn't talk about it. It's $20 and we've paid $700/month ON TIME EVERY MONTH FOR 2 YEARS. That's it, we're moving out

They normally ask residents to rate this complex when we move in. If you get the chance, PLEASE read this response before you ever decide to sign another lease. Don't be lazy, move out when you can. Congratulations "The Estate on Quarry Lake", you'll get your $20.00, you'll get your $50.00, and you'll get this horrible rate from me. I hope other's will take this into consideration cause this is absolutely unfanatical. I can't wait to move out and find a person who deserves her "Real" Estate license.
