(user photo) UNSAFE. There were about a million black flies swarming around. Had to clomp through nasty, putrid trash water to get close enough to get to the pile OUTSIDE the compactor. Really??!!

I like the place don't get me wrong...Maintenance is quick to respond to issues, BUT my room, which is by the lake, is constantly freezing, and they can't figure out, and then, because I live by the lake, I hear these squeaks in the middle of the night...Now I have seen rats in the gutters dead before, but this is coming out of my flipping wall. The place is nice and convenient for downtown workers, but too pricey for all the --------.
